A White-browed Sparrow-Weaver forages for seeds on over-grazed pasture adjacent to Lake Bogoria, Kenya. October 2010.

These common brown and white seed eaters weave intricate nests from blades of grass suspended from branch tips of acacias and other savanna trees. It is common in arid and semi-arid regions throughout Kenya.
