In seasonally dry woodland, upper Kerio Valley, Kenya. Dec. 2014.
- Range: This example was found in Kerio Valley, Kenya in the understory of a seasonally dry woodland.
- Disc Flowers: The yellow disc flowers are numerous. The heads are small, about 10mm dia.
- Ray Flowers: About a dozen yellow rays.
- Phyllaries: A single series of, glabrous, narrow bracts are fused into a tight cup.
- Pappus:
- Leaves: The leaves have long petioles and a fan-shaped terminal lobe. Smooth, without hairs.
- Herbaceous: Plants were small, about 10cm tall.
