Growing abundantly along sunny road and trail sides in Mt. Kenya Forest, Kirinyaga, Kenya, Africa. 2 June 2017.

HERBACEOUS: Mostly herbaceous stems growing about 120 cm tall.

FLOWERS: No flowers were present.

LEAVES: The leaves are soft pubescent and palmately lobed.

RANGE: There are a number of Pavonia species found in Kenya that often grow in wet areas.

FRUIT: none seen.

UNARMED.
