Similar to many nature watchers this amazing bird was near the top of my wish list for Kakamega Forest. I'd made three prior visits without success. It was the last day of my forth trip with only 20 minutes of daylight remaining. I was thinking, If I miss it now, I might have wait till my next visit. A loud call from the forest canopy announced that I would finally see it. The distance and low light left me with a grainy, but prized photo.
